Recipe Ingredients

  • Mutton Kaima – 200 grams
  • Onion – 2-3 nos.
  • Green Chilli – 4 nos.
  • Pepper corn – ¼ tbsp
  • Ginger – 1 no. 1 inch
  • Garlic – 1 no. (full)
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
  • Cloves - 3
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp
  • Coriander leaf – ¼ cup
  • Fried gram – 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep fry

    Cooking Time: 20 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Heat a pan add onion – 1 no., green chilli, pepper corn, cloves, cinnamon and fry well. Take a mixer jar for grinding add all the fried ingredients and turmeric powder, fried gram, coriander leaf grind well into a fine paste and at last add kaima and grind it.
  • Take a large bowl and add the grinded kaima masala to this add fine chopped onion – 2 nos., coriander leaf, mint leaf (optional) and mix well with salt to taste.
  • Now heat the oil in a kadai, make the kaima masala into a small lime balls and pat it and deep fry it in a low medium flame. Cook both the sides.
    Tasty crunchy Kaima vade is ready to eat.
